New, unworn items can be returned within 100 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION ∙ POLICY
Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item. As custom orders are personalized we can not resell the item unfortunately. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. We reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have further inquiries about this or other policies, please contact us.

We don’t want your special moment to fade. To maintain the quality of your new jewelry, please:
- Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
- Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
- Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use a metal polishing cloth
- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place
We recommend giving your gold or silver jewellery a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.
Once a week, we recommend a deeper clean. All you need is water and liquid soap.
- Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with a few squirts of mild liquid soap
- Let your jewelry soak for three minutes
- Rinse your jewelry with clean water
- Allow the jewelry to dry

These timeless pieces a made to order and especially for you. It will take time to make it perfect for you. Please allow at least 4 weeks if you plan to gift this. Depending where you live it may have to clear custom.
- Packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials.
- Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
- Package will be considered lost only if it's still not delivered 3 MONTHS from shipping date.
